Honglu Limit-Up Analysis Highlights Growth, Orders, and Capacity Gains

HEFEI, CHINA — July 20, 2026 — Honglu Steel Structure moved sharply higher in July 20 trading, with a market analysis pointing to stronger earnings expectations, expanding orders, and higher production as the main drivers behind renewed investor attention.

The report said the company’s shares reached the daily limit-up during the session. It linked the move to Honglu’s previously announced first-half 2026 profit forecast, rising contract value, and continued gains from smart-manufacturing upgrades across its steel-structure production system.

Profit Guidance Supports the Market Repricing

Honglu recently forecast first-half 2026 net profit of RMB 432 million to RMB 490 million, representing expected year-over-year growth of 50% to 70%. The company attributed that improvement to smart manufacturing, better capacity utilization, and tighter cost control.

For steel-structure manufacturers, those operating variables are closely connected. Higher factory utilization can spread fixed costs across more output, while automated cutting, welding, assembly, and production management can improve delivery efficiency and stabilize margins.

Orders and Production Both Move Higher

  • New Contracts: Honglu reported approximately RMB 16.16 billion in newly signed sales contracts for the first half of 2026, up 22.61% from a year earlier.
  • Production Output: Steel-structure output reached approximately 2.497 million tons, up 12.28% year over year.
  • Chuneng Contract: The company also confirmed a signed steel-structure supply contract worth about RMB 508 million for Jiangxia Chuneng and Xiaogan Chuneng projects.
  • Credit Context: The analysis cited stable credit fundamentals, noting that the company’s issuer and convertible-bond ratings remained at AA- with a stable outlook.

Execution Remains the Main Checkpoint

The July 20 share-price move reflects stronger market confidence after a series of operating updates, but Honglu’s long-term signal still depends on execution. Investors and customers will be watching whether higher contract value converts into disciplined production, timely delivery, cash collection, and sustained per-ton profitability.

Honglu’s next major confirmation point is its 2026 interim report. That filing should provide a clearer view of revenue quality, margin improvement, operating cash flow, and how much of the profit rebound is being driven by repeatable smart-manufacturing gains rather than short-term market or cost factors.
